The need for SECURITY certifications

Way back in the year 2007, the annual loss due to computer crime was estimated to be $67.2 billion for U.S. organizations. (Source: United States Government Accountability Office Report to Congressional Requesters, June 2007)

The global figure today is likely to be much higher than the Rs 26,880,000,000 figure quoted above. This enormous cost of computer crime and computer attack has led to a massive global shortfall of skilled information security and incident response professionals.
